• Access to kitchen area with fridge, cooker, microwave, cups, plates
• Carpeted all the way through
• Light and airy room - ideal for parties and family gatherings

• Holds a maximum of 120 people

• Access to disabled toilet
• Access to kitchen etc. as above
• Wooden flooring
